This elegant property situated in the exclusive Vale do Lobo estate is known for its friendliness and excellent service, attracting a regular and loyal clientele. Less than one hundred metres from the beach, its rooms and suites are very spacious, cool and airy, each furnished in traditional Portuguese style. From the balconies views extend to the ocean or over the golf links which are surrounded by the Ria Formosa nature reserve, a wildlife haven of pinewoods and marshes. Cuisine at the hotel’s choice of restaurants is excellent and the recreational amenities are second to none. Golfers will need to be on form to tackle the hotel-owned San Lorenzo championship course, a combination of the demanding and the dramatic. For guests’ added convenience the hotel runs a courtesy shuttle service to the golf course.
Families can take advantage of the facilities at the seasonal Penguin Club which keeps children entertained, whilst other recreations range from floodlit tennis courts to a heated swimming pool. Nearby you will find horse riding, water sports and deep sea fishing in high summer.
