VILLAGES EXCURSION |

Join
us for a tour into the quiet rhythms of country life. Driving in the
morning to Omodos, a picturesque wine producing village you will have
the opportunity to visit "Lino" - a traditional winery 120
years old-where you may see how wine was maid in Cyprus a century ago. Then
some time will be given to explore the village square with the
Church of the Holy Cross, the small cafes and traditional white
houses. We proceed via the beautiful and famous village of Platres
there we will have a short break. Then we visit Kakopetria a unique
Cypriot village where we see the old part of the village (recently
restored and declared a preserved area). After lunch we proceed to
another village, Lania with its distinctive, well preserved Cypriot
traditional style, where we stop to admire the painting studios
before returning to our hotel. |
